MIA Teknoloji has applied to the Capital Markets Board (SPK) to merge with Lider Sistem Teknolojileri A.Ş.

Organized crime groups are recruiting minors, some as young as 13, to facilitate theft. The targets include mobile devices, financial information, and personal data. Authorities in Europe are working with telecommunications companies to address the issue. Police reported that many of those intercepted by law enforcement were between 13 and 18 years old. Many of the suspects intercepted by police are between 16 and 18 years old. These minors reportedly receive only 100 or 200 lira per phone. The stolen devices are distributed worldwide in shipping containers.

This follows decisions made during party meetings held over the weekend. CHP Chairman Özgür Özel announced a roadmap for upcoming political activities. Özel stated the party will continue its struggle without retreating despite attacks. The party intends to continue its operations without resignation. Special efforts will be made to win elections in villages, towns, and cities across 81 provinces. Miners wearing yellow helmets participated in an action in Ankara alongside the CHP group. The group called for government attention to miners' issues during the demonstration. All party cadres will be active in 81 provinces across Turkey.

Individuals including a lawyer allegedly made payments totaling 16 million lira to Cihantimur to lift a foreign travel ban. Cihantimur has not filed a fraud complaint despite the ban remaining in place after the payment. The source reported that the individuals contacted Cihantimur regarding the matter. An investigation is underway involving a settlement of 113,426,000 Turkish Lira.

A joint working group met on April 28 to discuss the reactivation of the Kars-Gyumri railway. The meeting is part of the ongoing normalization process between Turkey and Armenia.
