The platform functions as a real-world university for various robots and intelligent agents to test navigation, service, and material delivery capabilities. Several companies from Shenzhen have already deployed humanoid robots and robotic dogs to the island to interact with citizens and perform tasks. The Fuxing Island site covers approximately 1.3 square kilometers in the Yangpu district. The 1.3 square kilometer area in Yangpu District will host humanoids and robotic dogs from various Shenzhen-based companies. These robots will practice navigation, service delivery, and inspection tasks through interaction with residents. High-definition sensors installed across the island provide high-precision spatial data to improve robot efficiency.
