Hanoi Improves Urban Road Safety
Hanoi authorities have issued a new decision amending regulation 01 regarding road transport activities in the capital. Under the new rules, pickup trucks, passenger shuttle vehicles with construction department permits, and contract vehicles with up to 29 seats are permitted to operate 24 hours a day.
