Special Tribunal for Ukraine Approved
The Swiss Federal Council has expressed its desire to participate in a special tribunal established by the Council of Europe concerning the crime of aggression against Ukraine. Thirty-six countries have approved the creation of a special tribunal to try Russia for its invasion of Ukraine. The tribunal aims to address war crimes related to the conflict.
