Oil Stocks At 7.8 Billion Barrels, Pipeline Issues Limit Supply
The European Commission criticized a policy aimed at limiting what was referred to as 'tourist oil'. Oil stocks are currently 'gigantic' at 7800 million barrels. However, a portion of these stocks is held within pipelines and cannot be emptied, which is creating a supply problem.
