36 Countries and EU Approve Special Tribunal for Putin
Thirty-six nations have joined a special tribunal established to prosecute Russian President Vladimir Putin. Several European states have joined a special tribunal focused on prosecuting war crimes in Ukraine. A coalition of 36 countries and the European Union has approved the creation of a Special Tribunal to prosecute Vladimir Putin for the crime of aggression. The decision was announced by the Kyiv Post.
