Soviet War Graves Vandalized In Austria
A Soviet military memorial in Austria was defaced with paint, according to a press service report. Gravestones of Soviet soldiers who died liberating Austria from Nazism were damaged by vandals. The Russian diplomatic mission stated in its Telegram channel that these criminal acts are conscious attacks on historical memory and attempts to desecrate the feat of those who saved Europe. The mission called the desecration of the Soviet military burial site particularly cynical.
