A vessel carrying stolen goods has arrived at the port of Haifa despite previous warnings. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has accused Israel of failing to respect its own laws regarding the matter. The vessel is alleged to be carrying cereals taken from Ukrainian territories.
