Cornish Farmer Fined For Pollution Spill
A farmer in Cornwall has been ordered to pay a penalty after a pollution spill resulted in the death of fish. The farmer was ordered to pay £1,500. Norman Osborne, 57, was found responsible for a digestate spill at his farm in Jacobstow.
