Samsung Executive Cleared In X-Files Case
Prosecutors in South Korea have cleared Samsung executive K.H. Lee of bribery and embezzlement charges related to the X-Files case. Findings announced in December 2005 showed insufficient evidence to convict any Samsung executives, politicians, or prosecutors.
