Ruger Group To Increase Beretta Stake
The American group Ruger has entered into an agreement to increase its stake in Beretta to 25%. Ruger will be able to appoint two directors, up from its current 9% holding. The deal involves a partial tender offer at $44.80 per share, representing a 20% premium.
