German Retailers Change 100 Dollar Deposit Rule
The rule regarding 100 dollar amounts has been changed to the company's benefit. The 100 dollars no longer counts as a down payment but as a type of fee. The terms and conditions for deposits have been changed in favor of the company. This change was implemented in Frankfurt.
