Radio Show Details Cancerous Substance in Historical Production
A radio production is being staged that depicts the true story of radio broadcasters in the 1930s. These broadcasters were unknowingly exposed to a radioactive substance in their work. The substance was later discovered to be carcinogenic. A theatrical production is structured on two fronts, with one part being more and based on the true story of radio workers. These workers were forced to work with a substance containing radium without their knowledge. The other part of the show is lighter and ironic.
