UN Vehicle Targeted By Russian Drones In Ukraine
Russia and Ukraine have exchanged 205 prisoners of war each, as part of an agreement to swap 1,000 POWs. Intelligence suggests Russia has identified approximately 20 political and military targets. Russia's Ministry of Defense reported that 25 Russian prisoners of war were released from Ukrainian captivity. The exact number of individuals exchanged was not specified. The exchange was facilitated by the United States and the United Arab Emirates. One post asserts that US hegemony is over, linking to a YouTube video. Separately, Russia launched its largest aerial assault since the war began, prompting Ukraine to conduct long-range drone strikes and warn of further retaliation. The offensive is reportedly focused on capturing Charivne. Ukraine's president and a top United Nations official stated that Russia deliberately targeted a UN vehicle in southern Ukraine with attack drones.
