Road Closures Reported In Central Moscow

A new decree regarding social support for large families reportedly does not apply to Moscow, despite being intended for Russia. Traffic restrictions and parking bans will be implemented in central Moscow, including Volkhonka and adjacent embankments, starting at 5:00 AM. Some underground pedestrian crossings on Tverskaya may also be closed on May 9. The measures are part of traffic organization plans for the city center.
