Polish Coalition Parties Fall Below Election Thresholds
Recent polls indicate that all groups forming the current Polish government are polling below the 5% election threshold. PiS received 24.5% support, Konfederacja Koalicja Bławatelska received 31.8%, Lewica received 8.5%, and Konfederacja Korony Polskiej Grzegorza Brauna received 6.8%. A new United Surveys poll indicates that the Koalicja Obywatelska, PSL, and Polska 2050 parties would fall below the required threshold for the Sejm. The poll shows Koalicja Obywatelska at 31.8 percent, PiS at 24.5 percent, Konfederacja at 12.6 percent, and Lewica at 8.5 percent. Grzegorz Braun's Konfederacja Korony Polskiej would receive 6.8 percent support. The results suggest that PSL and Polska 2050 would not enter the Sejm based on these figures.
