Building Partial Collapse In Łowicz
A portion of a tenement building collapsed in Łowicz, according to Polskie Radio 1. A building fragment collapsed in Łowicz, according to Tomasz Ledzion of the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service. No injuries have been reported and no suspects have been identified. Ledzion stated there were no external factors such as gas explosions or fires indicating the cause of the collapse. Search and rescue teams and an operational group from the Provincial Headquarters are on site. There is currently no information regarding any casualties or injuries. Four fire brigade units are working at the scene of a building collapse on Zduńska Street in Łowicz. Specialized search and rescue groups from the Voivodeship Police Command are also deploying to the site. Alexander Nesterovich stated that a lens of permafrost caused the collapse.

Hospital Evacuated In Włocławek Due To Smoke
Firefighters are searching the rubble of a collapsed tenement building on Zduńska Street in Włocławek. Firefighters and a specialized chemical group were dispatched to the scene to investigate potential air pollution. Paweł Plagowski of the Fire Service stated that nearby households are not currently at risk, though residents are advised to keep windows closed. The incident occurred at a site involving a recycling company that processes plastic waste. Sixteen newborns were moved from the pediatric ward at the Matka Polka Health Center in Włocławek following smoke in the building. A reporter for Radio Z, Mateusz Skudlarek, reported that the smoke originated from a fire in a technical ventilation unit located in the basement. Patients were transferred to other areas within the building. No injuries were reported in the initial findings.

Migrants Found Dead Near Polish Border
Lithuanian border guards discovered the bodies of two young migrants near the border with Poland. Police discovered the bodies of a man and a woman, aged approximately 30-35, near the Polish border. No identification or evidence of foul play was found at the scene. Authorities detained eight migrants who claimed to be from Ethiopia, Algeria, Yemen, and Eritrea. Lithuanian services suspect the group entered the European Union via Latvia before attempting to reach Poland. Two of the detained migrants were transported to a hospital. No identification documents were found with the deceased, and there are currently no signs of foul play. Eight migrants were detained at the scene, two of whom were hospitalized.
