Min Aung Hlaing Meets Wang Yi In Naypyidaw

The meeting focused on maintaining regional stability and national security. The meeting follows reports of military operations against armed groups in various cities. The US Embassy in Myanmar has advised US citizens to remain calm due to instability. China also pledged to cooperate in combating online gambling, telecommunications fraud, and drug trafficking. China also indicated willingness to support Myanmar's participation in multilateral platforms and interactions with ASEAN. Wang Yi reaffirmed China's consistent policy of supporting Myanmar's development and post-earthquake reconstruction.
