Oscar Award Missing After Flight
An Oscar statuette went missing during a flight from New York to Frankfurt. Lufthansa stated it will return the item to its owner, Russian documentary maker Pavel Talanken, as soon as possible. The award was originally presented to Russian director Pavel Talankin for the documentary Monsieur Nomody contre Boutine. Talanquin had previously traveled with the award in the cabin at least 12 times without issue. A 35-year-old Russian director's Oscar statuette has reappeared two days after being lost during a flight between New York and Frankfurt. The statuette was previously misplaced following its departure from JFK airport. Lufthansa announced it has recovered an Oscar statuette belonging to Pavel Tallankine. Carsharing Service Transitions To Cooperative Structure
