Five people were killed and twelve others injured during a drone attack targeting the city of Zalingei in West Darfur, according to the Sudan Doctors Network. The attack was carried out by Rapid Support Forces (RSF) troops. The incident occurred in the West Darfur region of Sudan.

Adam Rajal, a spokesperson for an agency assisting displaced persons and refugees in Darfur, reported targeting of residential areas in Al Hamidiya, Zalingei. The spokesperson stated there is an urgent need for the international community to act to protect civilians. The report comes amid ongoing instability in the region.
