Trial Begins For Man Accused Of Planning Vienna Concert Attack
A court in Wiener Neustadt stated that a 20-year-old Slovakian citizen, Ardakar, and his associate Beran A. had planned attacks in multiple countries prior to a Taylor Swift concert. The court revealed the pair worked with a third accomplice, Hassan E, who is currently in custody in Saudi Arabia. The planned targets included Dubai, Istanbul, and Mecca. Only the third individual, Hassan E, reportedly carried out an action in Mecca. A trial has commenced at the Wiener Neustadt Regional Court for a man identified as Beran A. He is accused of planning to kill himself and a large crowd during scheduled Zwift concerts in Vienna in August 2024. The proceedings are being monitored by an Austrian correspondent.
