Police in Tay Ninh province are investigating a group of youths for causing public disorder. On April 12, a group of youths from Ho Chi Minh City and Tay Ninh gathered and operated approximately 25 motorcycles.

Professor Bu Quoc Binh stated that policies focusing solely on administration without social security are difficult to maintain long-term. The project aims to create jobs and income for low-income workers in informal economic zones.
