Heilongjiang provincial authorities are distributing over 50 million yuan in government consumer vouchers across the region. Suihua City is contributing 8 million yuan to the initiative to stimulate local spending. The vouchers cover four major sectors including fuel, catering, supermarkets, and department stores. Zhang Guoli, Deputy Director of the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Commerce, confirmed the province-wide rollout includes 517 supporting measures. The program aims to support various merchants including retail, accommodation, and dining establishments.
