Romania Deploys Endoprostheses for Insured Patients
The Romanian National Orthopedics Program has funded endoprostheses for 340 insured individuals, totaling nearly 2 million lei. These surgical interventions were performed at the County Emergency Hospital Slatina and the Municipal Hospital Caracal. Constanța Florea, spokesperson for the County Health Insurance House, provided the information. A total of 340 insured patients will receive endoprostheses, with services provided by the Slatina County Emergency Clinical Hospital and Caracal Municipal Hospital. The initiative aims to improve access to medical devices for those covered by insurance. This deployment is part of a broader healthcare effort in the region.
