An Ansan branch prosecutor is conducting a pre-arrest interrogation of a woman in her 30s accused of child abuse resulting in death. The woman allegedly struck her 8-month-old son multiple times with a TV remote at their home in Siheung, Gyeonggi Province, on May 11. The infant died on May 14 following the assault.
