Traffic has begun flowing through the 88 km section spanning from km 1,050 to km 1,138. Vehicles are permitted to travel at a maximum speed of 90 km/h on this stretch. The section connects the Da Nang-Quang Ngai expressway to the Hoang An - Quy Nhon project.
