859 Officials Deployed For Puducherry Vote Counting
Puducherry Chief Electoral Officer P. A total of 10,545 personnel are being deployed for counting purposes in Tamil Nadu. This deployment includes 4,624 micro-observers to support the process. In Puducherry, officials have implemented elaborate security and monitoring mechanisms for the election. Jawahar stated to Akashwani that the process will be conducted transparently under the supervision of Election Commission-appointed observers. Six counting centres have been established across the Union Territory. A total of 294 candidates are currently awaiting the outcome of the contest. The results are expected to be revealed shortly.
