AI Enhances Agriculture Production In China
China's first 1 million-ton near-zero carbon steel production line has been completed in Zhanjiang. The project aims to upgrade a 700,000-ton steel plant to a 2.7 million-ton modern facility, supporting the transformation of steel plants in Southeast Asia. The technology relies on low-strain design and low-temperature angle techniques to control cracks, addressing internal cooling unevenness that can cause compositional deviations and weak points. This initiative is part of the country's efforts to reduce its environmental impact. This project upgrades a 700,000-ton old steel plant to a 2.7 million-ton modern, full-process steel plant, aiding the transformation of Southeast Asian steel mills. The project involved complex multi-variable coupled processes and required team coordination and adaptation to different management styles and language barriers.
