Organizers are protesting the inclusion of the 'seven' into the Myślenice highway bypass. They argue the project will cause greater traffic congestion than current levels. Critics claim the design will lead to the total blockage of the A4 highway and suffocate the city.

Hundreds of residents are expected to demonstrate against the proposed construction of a new road route. Protests are scheduled to occur at the A4 junction with Zakopianka from the Kawina side and at the intersection of Herberta, Stojawowskiego, and Cechowej streets.

Opponents of the S7 Krakow route construction plan to block access roads to the Opatkowice and Łagiewniki junctions in Myślenice on Thursday afternoon. One picket is scheduled for the exit from the A4 motorway toward the Zakopianka route at the Kawina side.
