Chinese Archaeologists Discover Prehistoric Structures In Romania
The Zhengzhou Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology has formed a joint team with several Romanian institutions. Excavations are currently underway in Magura, Ialomița County, Romania. The team has uncovered prehistoric houses, altars, and pottery at the site. Chinese archaeologists are participating in the protection and restoration of these ancient remains. This project aims to facilitate cultural exchange and study the development of ancient civilizations. This marks the first time Chinese archaeologists have conducted original research at ancient civilization sites in Europe. A joint archaeological team including the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Romanian institutions has uncovered prehistoric dwellings and pottery in Magura, Romania.
