Inmate Tyryshkin Dies In Kemerovo Hospital
Inmate Tyryshkin experienced health complications including a brain cyst, panic attacks, and an organic personality disorder, according to his wife. The report noted that information regarding the deaths of prisoners is sometimes withheld from relatives, citing the January 8 death of Roman Sidorkin from pneumonia. His wife reported that his condition deteriorated sharply without notification to his family or lawyer. The deceased's wife noted that authorities often transfer inmates between colonies and psychiatric hospitals. The project Rus Sidyashchaya reported that Tyryshkin died four days after symptoms of his illness appeared. The project only confirmed his death in April after receiving a response from hospital staff to a postcard sent to Sidorkin.
