Explosions were reported on the Ukrainian side of the Danube River in the Izmail and Chilia areas. The explosions followed attacks targeting civilian and infrastructure objectives. Romanian authorities stated that no drones or other objects were detected in Romanian airspace during the incident. An air alert was active until 4:03 AM. Surveillance systems did not detect radar signals in the national airspace, according to the report. Occupants attacked port infrastructure. One person was injured in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region.

F-16 aircraft from the 86th Air Base in Petești reported multiple explosions in the Izmail area. National radar did not detect any signals in the national airspace during the incident.
