Han Dynasty Bronze Lamp Exhumed In Korea
A bronze lamp from the Western Han Dynasty, estimated to have been manufactured around 151 BCE, has been identified as one of Korea's 195 cultural heritage sites. The artifact, known as the Jangseonggongdeung, was excavated in 1968 and is currently housed in the Haean Museum. The lamp features a hollow interior and gold-inlaid patterns shaped like a female figure's torso.
