A tour bus carrying Taiwanese tourists overturned in the Ganjia Mi Jing scenic area of Gansu Province on April 24. The accident resulted in one death and 12 injuries. China's Taiwan Affairs Office confirmed the incident, stating that three of the 12 injured individuals remain hospitalized for ongoing treatment. The group was a self-organized tour consisting of friends and relatives of the tourists. The incident occurred on April 24 during a trip organized by Xihong Travel Agency to Huanglong and Jiuzhaigou. Passengers are receiving medical treatment following the accident. Authorities are investigating the cause of the vehicle overturn. The group was traveling to destinations in Sichuan, including Huanglong and Jiuzhaigou, as part of a trip scheduled from April 14 to May 1. Some passengers remain hospitalized for treatment.
