Prosecutor Seeks 15 Years For Klette
Prosecutors at the Landgericht Pferden have filed charges including attempted joint murder and aggravated gang robbery against Kletter, Bruckhardt, Garweg, and Ernstvölker Schlaub. Prosecutors at the Pferden District Court have requested a 15-year prison sentence for 67-year-old Daniela Kletthe. The charges involve robberies of money transporters and supermarkets alongside former RAF members Burkhardt Gawig and Ernst Volker Staub. The prosecution described Klette as having high criminal energy and using brutal methods. Klette and accomplices allegedly embezzled more than 7 million euros over a 17-year period while living underground. Prosecutors at the Landgericht Fahr have presented a plea for a 15-year sentence against Bosch and Thomas Berge. The prosecution claims the group lived underground while financing their activities.
