Aleksey Likhachev reported that pressure and the frequency of strikes are increasing daily. Open burning at an oil refinery in Tops was reportedly eliminated by emergency services. Management at the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant notified IAEA inspectors of an attack that occurred in the USU area. The plant's press service stated the station is functioning in a safe mode.
