The Sudanese army is attempting to retake the strategic city of El Kormouk from the Rapid Support Forces. Clashes and attacks have been reported in the Sali and Al-Kiliya areas. At least four people, including children, were killed and 12 others were injured during attacks in the Jolo camp area of Jebel Marra, West Darfur. An emergency room reported 12 additional injuries following recent strikes. Hundreds of homes in the Zenk al-Khudar camp were destroyed by fire, leaving residents without basic services.
