The Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee has instructed the Department of Construction to coordinate with the Tam Hiep Commune People's Committee regarding the demolition of an illegal industrial site. The project involves the Eros Palace high-end commercial and office complex and the Son Tien urban area. Authorities are monitoring the removal of illegal structures to ensure completion by April 2026. The Son Tien ecological tourism project covers 380 hectares, with 180 hectares currently designated for the urban area. Additionally, the Vuon Xoai ecological tourism site is undergoing scheduled relocation as directed by the Department of Agriculture and Environment. The Dong Nai Department of Construction completed the dismantling of two toll stations on National Highway 51 on April 28.
