Pan Yongjia alleges 2,859.2 grams of gold were seized by Gaizhou Public Security Bureau at Dalian Zhoushuizi Airport thirty years ago. Pan Yongjia claims the seized gold weighed 2,859.2 grams and that he paid a 50,000 yuan bond thirty years ago but never received official termination of investigation documents.
