Ukraine's Security Service (SBU) has identified a suspect believed to have delivered explosives to the Chernihiv region. The individual is suspected of manufacturing explosive devices on order for Russian intelligence services.

Two men died following a shelling incident in the Chernihiv region of Ukraine. A Russian ballistic missile and Geran-type drone strike killed two men and wounded a man and a woman in Nizhyn, Chernihiv region. The attack damaged residential buildings and water utility infrastructure, according to Mayor Oleksandr Kodola.
