A five-year suspended sentence was given for defrauding the health service executive of over 84,000 euros. The car exploded outside Dunmerry PSNI station last Saturday night after a hijacked delivery driver was forced to bring it there. Residents were cleared from their homes before the device, comprised of a gas cylinder, exploded. Kieran Smith of Beachmount Avenue, Belfast, appeared at Lisburn Magistrates' Court today.
