Multiple sections of the German Autobahn network are experiencing closures due to accidents and maintenance. The A70 toward Bayreuth is closed between Rostdorf am Berg and Stadelhofen following an accident.

Approximately 400 participants held a demonstration in Bamberg on Friday. The group marched from the train station to the Green Market in the pedestrian zone. Participants wore neon vests and used whistles during the event, according to police.

The Amberg City Museum is displaying 100 works by artist Georg Baselitz to mark his 100th birthday. Approximately 1,000 works from the artist's estate have been owned by the city of Amberg since December. The exhibition includes illustrated characters from his works.

Following the delay, the home team, the Nainers, narrowed the gap to 40-43 by halftime. The visiting Bamberg team ultimately won the game with a final score of 89-62.
