Three men approached two victims near their residence in Amadora after following them from a local market. The victims, aged 50 and 83, sustained injuries during the incident. Family members and neighbors intervened to drive the suspects away, and the attackers fled the scene.

A fire broke out in a residential area and was extinguished approximately two hours later. Seven people sustained minor injuries, including two children and five members of the PSP and fire services. Most victims were transported to Amadora Cintra Hospital.

Authorities are currently assessing the habitability of the affected unit and adjacent areas. Residents are expected to be able to return to their homes within the next few hours.
