Uwe from Mainz, an experienced forensic illustrator, is traveling to the region to assist with the identification of deceased individuals. Houses are being flooded and people are attempting to evacuate. Flooding is occurring, with houses being submerged and rescue efforts underway. A 24-hour hotline has been established to provide assistance to those affected.
