A portion of a tenement building collapsed in Łowicz, according to Polskie Radio 1. A building fragment collapsed in Łowicz, according to Tomasz Ledzion of the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service. No injuries have been reported and no suspects have been identified. Henrik Erp has been released from prison in Łowicz and placed under electronic monitoring. He is accused of nearly 30 assaults on women during the 1990s, which resulted in five deaths. Erp left the facility in a vehicle with a prison service officer hidden behind tinted windows.
