Building Partial Collapse In Łowicz
A portion of a tenement building collapsed in Łowicz, according to Polskie Radio 1. A building fragment collapsed in Łowicz, according to Tomasz Ledzion of the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service. No injuries have been reported and no suspects have been identified. Ledzion stated there were no external factors such as gas explosions or fires indicating the cause of the collapse. Search and rescue teams and an operational group from the Provincial Headquarters are on site. There is currently no information regarding any casualties or injuries. Four fire brigade units are working at the scene of a building collapse on Zduńska Street in Łowicz. Specialized search and rescue groups from the Voivodeship Police Command are also deploying to the site. Alexander Nesterovich stated that a lens of permafrost caused the collapse.

Henrik Erp Released From Prison In Poland
Henrik Erp has been released from prison in Łowicz and placed under electronic monitoring. He is accused of nearly 30 assaults on women during the 1990s, which resulted in five deaths. Erp left the facility in a vehicle with a prison service officer hidden behind tinted windows.

Train Failure Forces Evacuation in Łowicz
Approximately 700 people were evacuated from a train traveling to Gdynia following a technical failure. A train stopped on the Łowicz-Działdowo route at 15:20. The incident occurred at 15:20 local time. Authorities are investigating the cause of the mechanical failure. A train on the Łódź-Gdynia line experienced a technical failure in Kisiny, near Działdowo, in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. PKP Intercity reported that the train involved in the failure has already departed.
