A new public space is planned for Traugutt Street in Łódź, Poland.

Members of the Eagle Protection Committee conducted a spring inspection of nesting boxes in the Łódzkie region. The results indicate a low number of occupied nests and newly hatched chicks. Researchers identified food shortages as the primary cause for the decline.

The Łódź City Council unanimously passed a resolution addressing alcohol abuse, with one councilor noting that up to one in four Poles overindulges. The discussion highlighted concerns about public intoxication and health issues related to alcohol consumption. The councilor mentioned that between one and three million small bottles of alcohol are sold daily, with over half sold in the morning. This issue is not confined to Łódź but affects Poland nationwide.

The city of Łódź will introduce a new tourist attraction called the Łódź Neon Gallery. The installation will consist of illuminated historical logos from defunct cinemas. Featured signs include logos from Polesie, Bałty, Khadria, and Włókniaż. The project involves 14 existing neons with plans to add 16 more in the coming months.
