Developers Abandon Appeal For Manassas Data Center
Developers of the Digital Gateway Data Center project will no longer appeal a legal challenge to the proposal. The project would consist of a 2,100-acre campus bordering the Manassas National Battlefield Park.

But local residents and a historic preservation group pushed back in court, arguing the review and hearing process was not handled properly, and the massive campus would disrupt the historic nature of the Manassas battlefield.
