Amazon Tests AI Film Production Tools
Amazon is beginning testing of new artificial intelligence tools designed for film and television production. The tools can now automatically generate camera movements between a provided start and end frame. AI film production technology has evolved to allow users to input a starting frame and an ending frame, with the AI automatically generating the camera movement and intermediate frames in between. AI tools could potentially replace portions of social media campaign production and targeting processes. Some AI-generated content may still require manual correction for visual inconsistencies. Producers are evaluating how AI can replace certain production tasks while questioning its ability to replicate human emotional perception. The AI rendering process is evolving from smooth, oil-like movements to geometric forms that resemble emerging images.
