OpenAI Reports Minor Impact From TanStack Supply Chain Attack
OpenAI's response team stated that two internal employee devices were affected by the TanStack NPM supply chain attack, dubbed 'Mini Shai-Hulud', which occurred in May 2026. The attack resulted in limited access to some internal code repositories.
