Saudi Arabia Launches Hackathon for Sustainable Development
The fourth edition of Hackathon EXCON 4 has launched at Tabuk University, Saudi Arabia, with participation from 300 innovators and stakeholders representing over 30 academic and institutional entities from across the Kingdom. The event aims to encourage participation in Saudi Arabia's digital projects, promote progress towards sustainable development goals, and support the implementation of the Global Digital Compact. Saudi Arabia is hosting a hackathon focused on finding solutions for traffic safety. The first day of the exhibition welcomed over 1,000 visitors, with expectations to exceed 3,000 over the next two days. Strategic partners from government and private sectors are supporting the initiative.
